All products sold by HomePower come with standard manufacturer warranties unless stated otherwise. We act as a facilitator between you and the manufacturer. Any claims regarding performance, defects, or lifespan should be directed to the respective manufacturer's guidelines and service centers.
3. Pricing and Availability
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
4. Shipping & Returns
Products are shipped based on availability and logistics parameters. Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the items before accepting them. Returns are only acknowledged in the event of an out-of-box failure or explicit manufacturing defect reported within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Installations
If installation services are provided, they must be scheduled in advance. Ensure that your location meets the necessary electrical and structural requirements for safe installation. HomePower is not responsible for damages resulting from improper third-party wiring or unsuitable environments.
